DIY Home Staging
We know sometimes all you need is an objective eye or just a little help. With the DIY Plan we offer an extremely comprehensive 500 point review of your home from top to bottom. Once we know how your home shows, how your home is being marketed and all we need to know – then we will know what to do about it. With the DIY plan you will receive a full report detailing each detail that should be addressed in order to best market your home you can then choose to take it all on yourself or decide what help you need from us to get your home ready to be sold. The DIY Plan consists of the walk through with you, meeting with your Realtor, the complete 500 point review and then a full written report given to you on all our findings.

Trying to sell your home while it is occupied can be a challenge for both you, your family as well as your Realtor. We will help you develop the plan for how to best show and market your home with these circumstances in mind. If you choose a DIY plan or have us help you prepare your home we will give you a thorough checklist of things to do prior to any showing and each day while your home is on the market. We know this can be the most challenging way to sell your home so we want to help you minimize your days on the market through the best showing and marketing plan possible!
Vacant Staging
Vacant homes take longer to sell and sell for less money than homes that are professionally staged – its true! Empty rooms look smaller and rooms will begin to blend together and become confusing to a typical buyer. We will help you show your home to its fullest potential by bringing in furniture, art and accessories to help show the homes best features, define spaces and help your home stand out from the competition. We help buyers visualize how they can achieve the life they want in your home! Your home will photograph better for both print and web media as well. We offer items from our own inventory as well as relationships with furniture companies for either purchase or rent. Pricing is determined on square footage and the overall design and marketing plan for the home.
